Thanksgiving Daydreams

My thoughts have started to turn to one of the tastiest meals of the year – Thanksgiving. Karl and I are without a doubt “foodies.” We pour over issues of Bon Appetit; dog-earring practically every page. We spend way too much money on “interesting” ingredients from Whole Foods. And we enjoy the challenge of creating an entire meal from scratch. As we start to plan this year’s meal, I wanted to take a look back at a few tasty moments from last year’s feast. The Three-Tier Candied-Pecan Cake with Brown-Butter Pears was particularly mind-blowing. Buon Appetito!
